Hi, I would like to know whether there is a way to select PAL-N as the input format to capture using Ulead VideoStudio. My capture card (a GeForceFX with video-in) is working perfectly with NeroVision and the utility that comes with Windows XP (both applications allow me to select any type of PAL, including PAL-N). However, Ulead VideoStudio just let me choose "PAL", without any distinction in the format (N, M, and so on). That's why I cannot use VideoStudio to capture, but I would like to. The point is... how can I achieve it?
Thank you very much in advance,
GABRIEL, from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Have you tried just "PAL"?
I understand that PAL-N and -M, -B etc... are broadcast standards (i.e. the various frequencies used for the components of video when transmitted from the TV station).
PAL for DVD is just PAL -- there are no different varieties.
Try just setting PAL, and see if VS will capture from your card.
