X3 - Color Space cannot be selected

Hi all

SinceI use PSP X2 for two years now I downloaded recently a X3 test version (13.2.1.15).
Now I have the problem that I cannot select a color space in this X3 version which worked smoothly in the old X2 version.
When I open the window File > Color Management > Color Working Space I find both selection menus (color space and CMYK profile) empty. No selection can be made.
After I close the window the program crashes.

Deinstallation (Corel removal tool) and new installation hasn't helped. Also no difference if I install available patches or not.

Has anyone an idea how to solve this problem?
