Ok, firstly i'm not as good as you guys but thought i'd show you this even though its not actual footage that I took.
I got the mothership scene from close counters and mixed it with a piano song of REM
I know it's a bit pants but it did take me an hour and a half to d LOL, i had to slow the lights right down and have a looped backgroun noise (you caan hear the clicks), als i had to get a glassmash sample too.

Thinking out of the box a little, and being very creative. I also see a parallel with REM's song you used and that clip. Thanks for sharing it!
