It appears that both onboard GPU and monitor are HDCP Compliant. So that's not the issue. Can you play Blu-ray movies using AnyDVD HD? If so, perhaps there is a firmware update for the optical drive, so be sure to check this, but be careful because you can trash the drive with an incorrect firmware flash.
So far, I've been satisfied with WinDVD Pro 2010, although neither Corel nor anyone on this forum has replied to my query about how to do single frame steps. I doubt that WinDVD is the culprit in your particular case. Be sure to download and install any WinDVD updates available before you focus suspicion upon the optical drive.

Re: Playback with current display driver is not supported.
Installing the Intel MEI driver fixed all problems playing bd-discs in Arcsoft Totalmedia Theatre 5, but problem still persists in WinDVD.
Since I now have a solution, I think i'll go for a full version of TMT5 and do a refund of WinDVD.
Thanks for all help and support here thoug, it's was this board that lead me on the right path.

Unfortunately the ASRock board will not allow the MEI driver to be installed, that is why I specifically went with WinDVD Pro 2010. It is supposed to work without the MEI driver.
Anyway I am glad you got your setup going!!

Re: Playback with current display driver is not supported.
Just a note; I got a phonecall from Corel when I cancelled my WinDVD license, and the lady on the phone said that WinDVD didn't support integrated graphics, so I guess that answered our questions.
