SELECT DISC=BluRay/Invalid Serial Number

Post by snowstorm »

Using DVD Factory Pro 2010
When I select disc=Bluray ;under Create Video Disc
I receive message asking to validate ;when I click validate
I receive the following message=Error:Invalid Serial Number
Can someone help please
Please note that I just purchased CorelVideoStudioProx3 and DVDFactory Pro 2010 is part of the package.

Can someone confirm if in fact I can burn Bluray with DVD Factory Pro 2010

Hi again

If you browse some of the posts in these forums you will see that it is generally agreed that Factory Pro 2010 is NOT a very good programme at all - even Corel agreed that it was not good and have made available a free download of DVD Movie Factory 7SE.

If you could read this topic :- http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 84&start=0

which is about a different problem than yours but with the same solution - please download and install the free DVD Movie Factory and ditch the Factory pro 2010 and try again.
