Video Studio 11

Post by extremekicks »

I try and install VS 11 plus and it says my serial number is not valid. I logged into Corel and its the same serial number on their site.

Why cant i load this on my Windows 7 machine.

I tried to email support and they say they no longer support VS11.

Very upset.

Anyone run into this problem or have this issue?

I haven't had the problem, but I would have to say that VS 11 is not compatible with Windows 7 in any case...

Hello extremekicks,

Can you tell me if the registered serial number is a box/disc or download version of VS 11? Also can you tell me if your installer is a download or disc version?

Thanks and tell me if you purchased the upgrade or full version of VideoStudio 11? Also provide the link where you are downloading the installer file as well a first 5 character of the serial number via direct message. So that I can verify if the problem is with the installer or the serial number.

You could probably do so the way Gorf installed and uses MSP 8. See this topic and thread.. http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 03#p210403
