If I check ‘Create Menu’ on the ‘Create Disk’ screen, my VideoStudio 9 crashes at the final stage of burning a DVD, ie at about 22% of ‘Preparing burning data’. The fault relates to: Burningtrd.dll, Mod Ver 3.5.02 Offset 0018c5c.
If I uncheck ‘Create Menu’, there is no problem.
I couldn’t find mention on this forum of this happening to anyone else, so I assume I must be doing something wrong, even though I have carefully followed the recommendations at the top of the Forum.
Would be very grateful for any help.

Many thanks kebrinton. I reinstalled VS9 and am very pleased to report that it fixed the problem! I was very surprised at this as I had been very careful to do a clean install etc, etc. The package was an originally a free trial download, so perhaps that was something to do with it. Thanks again.

Re my earlier posting to this thread, have just seen other postings on this forum about problems with Windows Installer 3.1 which was withdrawn by Microsoft without any explanation. This reminds me that I installed the replacement: 3.1 (v2) last week. Perhaps my earlier problem with VS9 was due to it being installed under 3.1 (v1).
