Videostudio 10 - problems making a disc

Post by homelyn »

I have been using VideoStudio10 on a PC running Vista for some time OK, I have just upgraded to Win7 home premium.

I can make a video, save the project, everything about editing is OK.

When I press the icon to make a disc the window opens but I cannot see any buttons required to continue etc, they appear to be off screen, does anyone know how to retrieve these please?

Thanks

Welcome to the forums, :)

Sadly VS 10 is not compliant with Win7, and you found one of the problems that VS X2 encounters. Corel even released a Win7 patch for VS X2, and some are still having problems with the GUI, buttons not showing up. FWIW, I will not attempt to run VS 10 on my Vista machine, even with the Vista patch. It's now 3 versions old.

The only thing that you can do is upgrade to VS X3. VS 10 is a phased-out version.

Hi

The next button seems to be a problem with W7, Corel have provided a fix for the later versions. I do not think there is a fix for VS 10.

Try hitting the Alt + N key, may navigate to the next window.
Alt + B to go back

Thanks for the fast reply posting.

I can get around using Alt N, never thought of that.

Excellent, thanks again.
