OK. Maybe you and/or Ron could send me your NB ticket numbers so they could link it all up...

Update:
Yesterday evening NB sent me a new file to download and try. This one worked.
We were using an IPP instruction that required an SSE3 instruction which, apparently, your CPU does not support. This led us to finding an issue with the CPU detection routine so that it would work with CPUs such as yours. Please let me know if this version works for you.
It's nice when a company will continue to work out an issue, even when it is something like this.

I'll have to touch base with them again. Haven't had the time lately - college application/FAFSA/financial aid time. Whew, glad I am only doing this once!

Thanks Ron.

Hello,

I have the same problem with the NewBlue VideoEssentials.
I can install and activate. Then I start my Corel Videostudio X2. It load very long and then I get a message before the program close.
I start it again and the CVS works now, but NB VideoEssentials doesn't display in CVS!
The installed files for NB Video Essentials are in the vft_plug folders!

Is there any solution for this problem now? I hope anyone can help... :(

Thanks in advance!

Do the individual filters show under 'All' when you select FX? Sometimes, if you have already installed a number of other filters in other packages, VS can no longer display new packages individually, though the various filters in those packages show up under 'All'...
