Ok, not giving up yet. NB replied to my reply to them, and real fast!! Something that Corel should take notice of...

One thing that I was told, to delete the "13.0" folder from the My Documents folder, which apparently clears the cache. However that did not work. I'm now wondering if I may have to remove all the older Ulead VS versions.
Another question, did you allow or install the filter to any older VS versions you may have installed? At first I did, but since I've been having the problems getting it to work in VS X3, I've not allowed it to install to my older ones.
I've also checked MSP 8 that is installed on my Vista machine, and the filter works fine there. MSP 8 of course is not even suppose to run properly on Vista, but it has not had a single issue, on Vista or WinXP, with it running all the NB filters. I've even copied the "vft" files from the filters that came with VS12 into MSP 8, and they work without problems.
