How to instal VSX3 sp2

I'm trying to install SP2. When I start VS there is a popup, but when I choose to install nothing happens. I tried to install at "help and productinformation" on the right top of the screen, that also doesn't work; I still get the message at startup.

I also downloaded the SP2 (the file name is SP3??); that version extracts itself and is installing, but when I start VS I get the popup all the times with the question to install the update. VS tells me it is still version 13.6.2.69.

I even tried to install as administrator in save-mode, but that ends with the same result.

Can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Your version number is the same as mine, and I have all 3 service packs installed.

the best solution for your issue is to clean reinstall the program, you will need to follow the steps from this link. Then install the program by using the installer disc or redownload it from the order email. Thanks, I'll try that first. Stop program seems to be not enough, I asume you stop the process with task manager?
