VideoStudio Pro X2 problem.

Post by Ted. »

Hi, all,

I have now re-installed VideoStudio Pro X2 and installed the VSX2PROPATCH. I haven't installed any of the Bonus packs as I don't really need them at the moment and they do slow the the VS loading time considerably. I do have a problem, though. After loading a video file I've created from a DVD into the Timeline the first frame only shows and the file is not expanded to show all frames. If I click the Multi-trim button, all frames show okay in its Timeline. What have I forgotten to do? If I try to play some of my other video files VS will crash and display the Corel apology message.

Ted -- please go to "File >> Preferences" (or press F6) - then under the 'general' tab about 1/3 of the way down is a drop down labelled "Clip Display Mode" - change that drop down to read 'Thumbnail only' - click 'OK' and you should now have the frame by frame display mode.

Hi, Brian,

That worked beautifully. Many thanks for that.
