Patch #3 still leaves something to be desired

I have yet to get a real answer to my question about future updates. The latest response is... "Unfortunately, there is no information for disclosure regarding future updates and releases if any". Seems like she does not know the answer or care to lift a finger to find out.

Well, at least you got an answer or should I say non-answer. I replied back to their response to my initial question on 12/30 asking them to clarify their response to me and also asked them to answer my question as to whether the patch #3 that is now listed on their patches and updates page is a corrected version. Still no reply as of today.

Yep -- it appears to be down. Strange, though -- must have only happened pretty recently as I downloaded a large file from it less than 45 minutes ago...

EDIT: no, just as I sent the above, the website came up again.
