Hi there,
I've recently upgraded my system from Vista to Windows 7 and now I'm having a problem making DVDs. When I get to the point where I want to burn the DVD and I do a Preview after selecting the Pre-render option, the menu goes all "wonky". It's not just the pre-render that is off, either. If I burn the DVD, the menu has the same effect...
The other difference is that I normally would stream video directly from my camera to DVD. This time I had to rip the video off an existing (home made) DVD and start with the video already on my harddrive. Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
Carlo.

Re: Problem rendering the menu
Carlo,
DVD MF 7 Pro is not compatible with WIn7, so DVD MF6 which was out sometime before DVD MF7, certainly is not compatible with Win7. If you have not manually updated your DirectX drivers recently you might try that to see if it helps. Also if your version of Win7 is capable of running programs in Compatibility Mode, set DVD MF6 to run in Vista or WinXP mode. I can't think of anything else that might help DVD MF6 run on a Win7 machine.

Re: Problem rendering the menu
Thank you everyone for your help. Do you think that the problem I showed in the screen shot is caused by a compatibility issue?
Thank you,
Carlo.
