How do I convert Slideshow for web viewing?

Post by DebAmmerman »

I just purchased the DVD MovieFactory 7 and have created a slideshow with music. I was able to burn a DVD and everything worked out fine. I now want to be able to share the slideshow with my friends on the web, so they can view it with Windows Media Player. How do I do that? Thank you in advance for any help. :D

Welcome to the forums Deb, :)

Did you save your project? If so reload it, then right-click on your slideshow in the time-line. In the menu select Export Video, and select one of the templates, or better yet, select Customize. In the next dialog window select the format to which you want to export your slideshow, from the drop-down menu for Save as type. Remember you can further customize the codecs used for the various container formats (AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV), by pressing the Options button.

Thanks so much! Is there a manual on line on how to use the product? I put the slide-show together by trial and error, and it would have been so much easier if there was instructions.

The User Guides/Manuals should have been installed with the program. Go to the Start>All Programs>Corel DVD MovieFactory 7>User Manual. You should have PDF files for; Burn.now, DirectDisc Recorder, DVD MovieFactory, and QuickDrop.
