Modify - Expand problems

Hi all,
First time posting here. I got a new PC and after having some problems with the autentication problems,i finally got PSP X3 working. I''m having just a little problem. I've been using this program for 10+ years,and I need to do the 'selections > modify > expand' for business.
I'm attached 2 links showing my problem. One is proper, one is wrong.
When I am expanding on different sizes and and fonts it seems to cut off the last line, especially if there's a webpage address in it. What is going on? Is there a fix?

Hello habsforthecup,

Here are some steps that you can perform.

1. Reset the Workspace: Press and hold down the SHIFT key then double click on the PSP X3 icon, then just click on the OK button when you received the screen below.

Thanks! That worked, however... When i went to center the writing, the top line got all 'boldy'...

I am still having the same problem, and this is on a new computer...
