Post by IPman033 »

Simple thing required how to save settings
We go to
Ulead Video Studio SE DVD then
Movie Wizard then
Capture then
Option then
Video and Audio Capturing Property Settings…
Source (I use EasyCap (Syntek STK1150)it is working fine)
The only thing I need is to tell the program to remember
Input source: Composite video and TV system: PAL.
Every time I start program the setting are lost! the default S-Video and NTSC
Please help (some time you want to record something on TV and you losing the moment setting your Ulead VideoStudeo SE DVD)

Thanks!

Please tell us what is the version number of your VideoStudio SE - the fact that you say Ulead suggests it is one of the older versions.

Hi

Brian
EasyCap has in the past provided VS 10 SE as the capture program.
So I assume this is the version being used.

Video Studio
When you installed Video Studio did you select the Pal / Country options.
The program installs to Ntsc by default, so if you need Pal you have to change this option during the install.

To check………..
Go to the editor timeline and drag a clip from the library to the timeline
Select Share Create Video File
Does this list show as Pal or Ntsc.
Your only option to change the default Pal or Ntsc is to re-install, a simple repair will not do.

Easycap or Ezcap
Please note
Cheap versions of Easycap are available over the internet, these may give problems to such an extent that the original manufacturer has changed its name to Ezcap http://www.ezcap.tv/
As far as I know they no longer provide VS 10 software.

Hi

I don’t know.
But if its capturing ok then you don’t have a problem.

I have two types, one is a fake, that came with VS 10. I bought that from China a few years ago, very cheap, never did get it working.

The other I purchased from Ezcap earlier this year, came with a ArcSoft Showbiz DVD program for capture. This one works.
