Help: Error with video studio pro x3 instalation

I have bought video studio pro X3 and although i have submitted this question to support, till now i haven´t had my problem resolved.

I have windows vista home edition and i have the service pack 1 installed.

When i installed video studio pro x3, when it reaches 78% (+/-) the program crash and not complete the installation, the program crash when says the message "please wait while we configure smartsound quicktrack 5" and after a while appears the windown message "corel video studio stop working" and then when i close this windown it says that corel video studio has been installed on my computer, but 20% or maybe less where not installed.

I have update all the updates, everything goes well in editing, but the problem starts when i tried to burn a DVD, when it opens moviefactory 2010 it was very slow to do any action, even change a title or the type of letter it takes eternities and the message (is not responding appears a lot)b some times the program continues, but others stop working.

I installed already moviefactory 7Se, but here i have other problem - there is no conection with corel video studio and dvd moviefactory 7SE. first i have to save video file in order to burn the DVD, but i need many times to customize the space of the DVD, and this one don´t let me do this. Ok it let me doing the action, but therefore nothing happens, when what i want is reduce the space of the movie in order to burn it to a 4,7 GB DVD, sometimes i have movies of 2 hours and i don´t mind if the quality is 6.000 instead of 7.000.

Anyone could help me what to do?
Is a program problem or is a windows vista problem?
If is a windows vista problem, what can i do?
If it a bug program, what can i do. i buy it in Box, but i have download the program and the problem is the same, but i thougth when i bought it, the software is come without mistakes.

If you're having difficulty in installing VideoStudio Pro X3, you may want to follow these steps.

1. Manually remove the VideoStudio related files by following the steps from this link.
2. Redownload a new installer from your corel account or the order email that was sent to you.
3. After reinstalling the program, download all update before opening the program, you can find all the updates for VideoStudio from this link.
