Welcome to the forums,

Well the reason you can't find a complete list of plug-ins, there is not one. The program changes from version to version, the software makers that make plug-ins also change their products. Some plug-ins that worked in earlier versions are no longer provided to Corel, like Boris FX. I've located a free audio fx plug-in that could be used with VS.. http://www.freeaudioplugins.com/.

Currently about the only video plug-in I know of that is provided for Corel VS, is New Blue, and for Audio is SmartSound Quicktracks.

Of course Burger transitions also work. Check the Free Stuff thread in the General Info section of this forum for more plug-ins.

I really find it amazing that eventhough Burger Transitions is free and hasn't been updated since 2007, it still works good & don't crash both on editing and on rendering. Same goes with Adorage. The Germans had it right.
Some paid transitions & effects didn't prove to be good investments because they got disbanded a few years later, and while they can still be fed to VSP, not everything works and just crashes when editing and/or rendering.

Try using one of the popular internet search engines like Google, and search for Video Editing Plug-ins. Also for VS X4, Boris FX provided a plug-in that can be purchased. However for the most part it is status-quo...;)

Not helpful why??? The plug-ins that we know work with VS are New Blue, Boris, and SmartSound. There used to be a couple of others, like Adorage. Most were not and are not free. In fact they are quite expensive. I suggested searching for them, because that is just what we must do. There is one other that is more of a stand-alone application, but I've never managed to get it to work as a plug-in. It's from Debugmode. They have Wax, which is a compositing and special effects program, or Frameserver.

If you have searched for video editing plug-ins, you've probably came across all of THESE. None of those are free, and as you can see Boris is the main player, along with Red Giant. Most video plug-ins are made for the high-end editors, FCP, Adobe, and Sony. I think that Corel may have upset those folks when they dropped MSP, so they quit making plug-ins for Corel.

There's simply not many free video editing plug-ins around. They are quite pricey.
