Uninstall help

Regcleaner did not fix the problem.

I got the download link from Ulead tech support for the full install (700M). 16hrs later I installed the full version and I no longer get the error "cannot get URL from push file". I still don't know if smart download works because there is nothing left to download, all was included in the install.

I did have a problem with smartsound, all buttons were grayed out. I uninstalled then reinstalled quicktracks and smartsound which fixed that problem.

All looks like it's working now. Ulead needs to do a better job testing their software before releasing it, I will not be purchasing their software in the future.
