Well, now, there's this and that, but the outstanding new features are a thingumabob and a doofahwopple. However, once you've read the manual, you will be astounded by the brand new whatsit, not to mention the totally revised doohickey and doodah. Then, for the DV enthusiast, there is a whatchamacallit, never before seen on any NLE software under $25,000.

Right, having told you that, you have the choice: crucifixion or the rack. :D

You might find it interesting that there's a High-Profile Ulead Representative (hi Tobie) who made several posts yesterday in the DVD MovieFactory forum.

What's so interesting? The last part of his forum screen name :D

I dunno about you guys but I can't wait to start posting screenshots.

The screenshots alone, without any explanation whatsoever, will put a lot of people straight into fits :D :D

I was looking to buy VideoStudio 9, then I saw MediaStudio Pro. It looks better, but I don't want to pay for the software, just to pay an upgrade fee a short time later. What should I do? Is there a timeframe ULEAD has mentioned for a new release, or should I buy VideoStudio 9?

Nothing specific except for the beta schedule and we definitely can't talk about that

Tobie just said "this year", so for now ambiguity is the order of the day.
