HI
PR0 X2 works perfectly on my Win 7 system, except with AVCHD.m2ts files.
When I clic "play" on the preview window, the program freezes.
I have found a work around, if I 1st scrub in the time line immediately after inserting the clip, I can then clic play for the preview window.
I have repeated this numerous times, and is absolutely repeatable.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks, BUG-eyed

Hi
Are you using Smart Proxy, and have the files been created?

Hello BUG-EYED,
If you are using VideoStudio pro X2, then you may want to download and install the VideoStudio Pro X2 Service Pack 2, since this update will fix any operating system compatibility issues. You can download the Service Pack 2 from this link.

Re: PROX2 FREEZES AVCHD.m2ts files
Thanks, Trevor and Abiel.
The files exist in their original AVCHD .M2TS form, pulled down to the time line from "videos".
The files can be burnt directly from the time line to DVD, with no problems
If I use the same files converted to mpg2 or AVI, everything is normal.
I have run SP2, "ABOUT" says, 12.0.98.1 PRO.
Thanks, BUG-EYED
