How can I tell if I'm patched?

I notice that there is one service pack and two updates.
How can I tell if my version has these installed?

I think that those version numbers are not consistent. I know I have installed all three on mine and yet the version number is 13.6.2.21. If you have downloaded and installed them then it is current.

But if you have any doubt as to whether you have a certain patch - just install it again - no harm is done by re-installing a patch or update, the new install just replaces the previous.
