Overlay question for Ulead 8

I want to overlay some video in my timeline and was wondering if you can change the shape of the overlay frame. I can only seem to get it as a square and would like it to be a circle. Is this possible?

If you create a .tga image with transparent background in Ulead Cool 3D production studio and put that in the overlay track you can have a frame any shape you like - round, oval, star - if you can draw it you can have it, In fact you should have a number of frames - look in your 'Frame' library pane and drag and drop 'FO3.tif' down into the overlay track with your video in the top track - play PROJECT to see the effect

I just got Premier Elements and saw within 10 minutes that I can do more with overlays (including odd shapes) than Ulead has ever thought of.
