how to pick colour from photo

I want to pick a colour from a photo with the paint brusch, to colourize a black/white drawing. Is that possible?

I don't know what you're asking. If you hold the Ctrl key while the paintbrush is active it will temporarily turn into the eye-dropper tool so that you can sample a color and use that for your paint brush. Click on the color in the image nad it gets set as your foreground color. Release Ctrl and it turns back into the paint brush. Is that what you're asking?
