Unable to save scan as jpg

Post by Iggy »

Hi, I've just starting using PSP Pro x3

When saving scans from twain I need to save in JPG but the default seems to be JP2.

So I go to the drop down bar with all the different save options and click on JPG. But it still saves as JP2

Anyone able to help please
Many thanks

Hello Iggy,

I'm from Corel Support and regarding your post, you may want to reset the software to its default state. By pressing and holding down the SHIFT key when you double click on the PSP X3 icon. Then when you received the pop up screen that looks like the one below, just click on OK.
Reset PSPX3.jpg
Reset PSPX3.jpg (24.04 KiB) Viewed 2766 times
That should do the trick.
