mp4 template at 24 fps 720p

Hi,

Using a Canon Powershot G12 digital camera which records in 720p Quicktime format H.264 and 24 fps. I can't create an mp4 template in VS Pro X3 at 24 fps 1280x720 px (only 25 and 29.97 fps available). Any suggestions?
