Unable to Uninstall MovieFactory 3 Trial

I received a 30 day trial of Ulead MovieFactory 3 with my CD/DVD burner, used it, and now that the time has expired I want to uninstall it. However, every time I try to uninstall it through "Remove Hardware," it immediately runs the install wizard instead. I cannot find any references to removing the program in the Ulead folder. Short of just deleting it, is there any way I can safely get rid of this program? Thanks!

Have you tried the ADD/Remove program application? Sometimes ULead gives you the opposite option of whatever you did last. I've also found that certain elements of the program won't uninstall no matter what I do. It goes through the "motions", but the program is still there (BurnNow, for one). Make sure you go to add/remove programs, select MF3, and be sure to select the remove option, as there are other options there, such as repair. I finally had to remove some parts manually and then go through the painstaking process of deleting registry settings for the program. (It helps if you have a software program that will do that for you, such as a registry repair program.)

The only option I get in Windows' "Add/Remove Programs" for MF3 is Change/Remove. When I select that it begins to go through the Install Wizard.
