Greetings,
I never had a problem exporting my projects as Quicktime MOV files until a few months ago. Now it seems when I create a QT file they come out blurry/fuzzy/unusable. I have uninstalled/reinstalled VSPX3 and QT (and have tried to do it on several computers) but nothing has worked. Anyone have any idea what changed? Thanks a bunch!
I can no longer create workin Quicktime MOV files...

Since mov files are a problem, and Apple is constantly updating QT, I would look there. Try installing a previous version of QT and see if that works.

Hello misterbk,
I'm Abiel from Corel Support. This is a known issue with VS X3, by the 7.6.6 update to Quicktime. You can visit Answer ID 764518 - When I try to burn or export MOV files captured from my HD camera or camcorder, ideoStudio Pro X3 crashes. for more information and the solution.

Re: I can no longer create workin Quicktime MOV files...
Thanks for getting back. I tried using an older version of QT but the files still come out blurry. Unlike the issue other people have experienced, X3 doesn't crash; it just can't export a clear QT MOV file. I have also tried reinstalling X3 but that's not working. Now, the one strange thing I noticed is it seems related to length of file. I don't have the problem with a project that's 2-5 minutes but longer projects just aren't working out right? Does anyone know where I can find a real old version of QT; maybe I just need to go further back?

If a short clip is ok I rather doubt it is an issue with the version of QT.
