I'm having a terrible problem in using psp tubes in PSP X3. I can use my tubes a couple of times when working within PSP X3 then I start having problems. I get a box that says loading and it just sits there. I wait and it will then load after a long while. I also get a message about loading cache in my tubes and if I try clicking on a tube I get the message again cache loading. Then I get a message PSP X3 is not responding and it will shut down. Why am I having such a problem in trying to load and use PSP tubes? I'm on a newer computer that is about 4 months old and I'm using Windows 7. I check under "Edit" in the menu and empty clipboard is grayed out. Makes is very frustrating. None of this use to happen in PSP 7 or 10 just in the newer versions of PSP.

Re: Cache problem when using tubes
Hello gsdlady,
I'm Abiel from Corel Support. If you are having difficulty with your PSP X3 specially when getting the message cache loading, this is a problem with mageDB.db file. To fix this, please follow the steps from this link. Though the steps is for PSP X2, but you can still follow the steps for Windows Vista.
If the problem still persist, then you can reset the program by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key when you double click on the PSP X3 icon, then just click on the OK button to continue. The screen that you should received is the screen shot below. Hope that helps.
