Burn DVD

Post by juliart08 »

I just finished editing a 4 min.(Pro x3) piece with stills (jpg's, videos, titles, transitions, music and a voice track. It plays great as preview on the computer. Now what settings do I use to make a DVD that will play on a home tv with a dvd player? When I go to "Share" there are too many settings and I don't know what ones I will need to complete this. Using win xp 32.

When all finished you want to go to Share>Create Video File and create a DVD-compliant MPEG-2 file. Use the one of the DVD templates. If your video clips are 16:9 use the 16:9 template. If they are 4:3 use the 4:3 template.

After your file is made you will then import that into the burning module (MovieFactory 7SE).

Hello juliart08,

I'm Abiel from Corel Support. Just an additional information to the steps that BlackLab gave you. You can follow the steps from this KB article: Answer ID 764534 - How to burn your project in VideoStudio Pro X3 using DVD Movie Factory 7SE.

Hope that helps.
