How to delete both the thumbnail and the clip

How do I delete both the thumbnail and the clip from my computer ? The Delete in the library only deletes the Thumbnail.

I want to clear the unusable files from my computer.

Right click on the thumbnail, press and hold the Shift key, press the Delete key.

You can delete multiple thumbnails by first selecting them all (click on the first, press and hold Shift key, click on the last) then follow the steps above.

Have you changed your email account from the one you registered with here? With your posts do you have the box checked beside Notify me when a reply is posted ? What do you have set in your User Control Panel ? These are all things that will affect this automated service.
