Studio 7 SE

I used to be able to import .AVI file now all I get is
filename.avi is not accessible! when double click on file, it open with the windows media without any problem.

could it be because I installed the studio 7 patch?


O/S = Windows XP - SP2
RAM = 512
HD = 40gb (24mb free)



Any Suggestion.?
