First, the Installation:
Windows XP SP3 (32bit)
Windows 7 (64bit)
Core VideoStudio X3
Additionally K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 6.5
Used Video:
mpeg 4 codeced avi file
The needed functions:
* Transcoding of the original size to smaller sizes
* Jump-Point in the videos to new presentation sheets
* Additional static pictures in the empty area (right side)
The problem:
The transcoded video (see the miniatur-picture) is displayed completly gray and with 45 degree rotation. Beside this problem, the content seems to be propertly encoded (audio in sync with video).
can somebody help me. thanks a lot.

Hard to say without knowing what you are actually doing...starting from what source/format of video and what you are transcoding to.
The K-lite mega codec pack caught my eye right away and I've heard many reports that so many codecs could tend to confuse things on playing video files.

Are you using Xp or W7
Used Video:
mpeg 4 codeced avi file
The needed functions:
* Transcoding of the original size to smaller sizes Knowing the original properties would allow us to select smaller ones?
* Jump-Point in the videos to new presentation sheets Not sure i understand, but if you mean hyperlink then no go
* Additional static pictures in the empty area (right side) Using the overlay tracks will allow you to add additional video/images
The problem:
The transcoded video (see the miniatur-picture) is displayed completly gray and with 45 degree rotation. Beside this problem, the content seems to be propertly encoded (audio in sync with video).
Again need to know about the properties of the video, but it looks like part of the video and is dispayed correctly in VS
can somebody help me. thanks a lot.
