I've just re-installed Ulead DVDMoviefactory 6 onto my laptop. I've installed the program patches too. However, when I want to export the file as wmv I am not given the option to export as 'Neptune' or 'Ulead Neptune'. Can anyone give me an idea what I need to do to get this option please?
I've got the option on my main PC but need it on my laptop too - so it is possible! Please help!

You have to download and install the Windows Media Encoder Series 9 on your laptop. It should be available on the Microsoft website or via a Google search...
