Save as still image not working

Save as still image not working
Greetings! On my VS Pro x2 I find that "Save as still image" is suddenly not working. Get no response when I select. Before I've enjoyed using this feature many times. Any idea? Thanks....Mike

What's changed since it was last working? Have you changed your OS? Does it appear to try and save and just doesn't? Is the option available or grayed out? If its grayed-out, you need to make sure your in Clip Mode. The Save Current Frame works in Project Mode.Before I've enjoyed using this feature many times.
