I've been using VS 11 on my desktop and laptop with no problems. I recently picked up a mini netbook running windows XP home. It is an HP with the Atom N455 processor 1.66 mhz and 2 GB of memory and a 160 HD. In a pinch I'd like to have the option of using Video Studio with this computer There are only two screen resolution I can use 800 X 600 and 1024 X 600. When I install VS 11 or VS 7 installation goes well but when I attempt to start program I receive a message screen resolution too small. I have two questions (1) can either program run on a lower screen resolution other then 1024 X 768 ? ....(2) If so how to I make them run on 1024 X 600 ? I could find no answer for this.
Thanks for a reply

Re: Screen resolution VS7 - VS11
The minimum screen resolution for VS is 1024 x 768, VS will not run with resolutions less than that.
