PSP X3 PRESET SHAPES WON'T EXPORT PROPERLY

Have created and successfully exported many vector preset shapes in the past (from PSP 7 - PSP X3). Now, when I export the shapes, they will not show up as one (1) shape in the drop down box. Each layer (within group or 1 Vector layer) show up separately. When I look in the shapes library within Windows explorer, they look like one shape.

I have exported the shapes as a group, not a group, all selected, none selected with the same results with each try. All the shapes that I created earlier continue to show up correctly.

Not sure when this started, but it does seem to be since I installed the last patch. I have PSP X3 vs 13.2.0.35

I have done a complete uninstall following the steps elsewhere on this site and then done a clean install

Running Win 7 ultimate on Alienware M17x10

Sure hope you can help me out with this.
