How to normalise runtime
How to normalize 2 runtime of jobs running on 2 different CPU speed so that I can compare the runtime? I have heard about PSB = runtime(seconds)/cpu speed(MHz) x 1000. I don't know what is PSB and I'm not sure it can be used or not. Thanks.
