Parental Controls

Post by bdavis66 »

I installed WinDVD 2010 Pro and am delighted with it so far. When I go into setup and try to access the parental controls, they are grayed-out and unavailable. How do I get ate them to set them up? I AM the parent.

Thanks

The reason why it would be grayed out is because you may have a disc or movie playing. Launch WinDVD with no media in the drive or playing, right click on the WinDVD screen and select setup. Select the Playback Control and then you should now be able to set the parental settings.
