Hi All,
Ever so often whenever I load PI 12 it tells me that - I have to load stuff such as galleries, easy paletts manually.
When this happens, I don't have those tool to work with unless I uninstall Pi and Re-Install.
What could be the cause?
Is there a prevention?
Is there a work around without uninstalling?
It happens on XP and Windows 7

Re: Photo Impact 12
First PI 12 is not designed to work on Win7, so if you get it work at all is an exception.
For WinXP, check to see if the files for those tools are installed on your system. They are found under C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead PhotoImpact 12\Ulead.dat If not then you will need to re-install them, not the whole program, from the Extra Content. These are the install files for the extra content.
