Sure.
First, after the content you want images is on the timeline, select Share.

The Create Video File, Custom

You'll probably want to make a folder for your images, then select Ulead Sequence files for "Save as File Type", and give the images a name. A number will be added to each frame.

You can specify what file type and compression in the options menu.

The when finished your folder will look something like this.

Remember that UVS9 will see the .uis file as a video file (each frame = 1/30 (NTSC) or 1/25 (PAL) of a second.

also if u know any tricks to avoid the grewling hours of putting a light sabre on each fram that would be cool also

The bitmaps that you have now can *drawn* on using PhotoImpact.
Depending on how much you want to do will be the work involved.
You might have the boy move to a point, be very still, put a saber in his hand, then use the few frames to draw the *growth* of the saber.
Drawing the saber in all the frames is tedious and lengthy, and to look realistic shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks.
