Slow - Motion from 50p with VS ProX3

Hello,

I have the DSLR 7D and it has these wonderful 720/50p modus which could offer some amazing slo-mo, if you use it. Is this possible to do with my programm, or do I need a better programm like Vegas from Sony?
Can someone give me a quick advise, how I shall do this?

but I mean real smooth slomo like this. The 50p are real full frames, no half frames.
