Importing from mini DVD

I have a Sony Handycam DVD403 that works great even though it is old. Was trying to import the mini DVD into X3.
In the picture below you can see that X3 recognizes it, but the import button is grayed out.



Not sure the best way to go about this. I did not want to reinstall the Sony Picture Package software that never worked real well in the first place, but that is how I was able to import it into VS11. I was kinda hoping X3 would just import it and I would not have to use Picture Package.

Anyone know a get around to import my mini DVD's? The folders are:
DCIM
Video_RM
Video_TS
