Thanks Ken. I have never used the Upload attachment before. Sorry for my ignorance.
Here's the error I see whenever I select the customize option.
It's the ole "Contact Corel with the dump file" error.
I used to get this when editing my projects that contained .mov files until you suggested using the batch converter and changing them and I have not had that prob since. Thanks for that btw.

Some good news.
New Blue support was able to re-create this issue with VSX3 so they asked me to be patient while the developers find a fix.
Apparently if you get Light Rays installed to VS as part of the New Blue Light Effects package it works ok.
The error only occurs when you install the stand alone Light Rays effect.
