Cannot Insert Music Into a Slideshow

I have recently downloaded Corel PaintShop Photo 2010 and am in the trial stage to determine if I want to purchase it. I am developing a slideshow, but I can't add music. I click on Soundtrack, then I click on Add My Music, and then the screen comes up with Desktop on the top left and >Computer right under it indented slightly. When I click on >Computer, it does not expand to reveal my drives, etc. under >Computer.
There appears to be no way to get to my music files to add to the slideshow.
In an attempt to determine if it was just this software, I downloaded Corel Digital Studio 2010 as well and it does the exact same thing.
Perhaps it doesn't work because I am still utilizing trial versions of the software, but how do you dtermine if you want to purchase something if you cannot test the features?
Can someone please offer a resolution to this problem?
