Is there a way of embeding the ruler on the startup page photo paint X5..
I use the ruler every time and would be useful it being available before I open a graphic..

As far as I can tell the rulers in Photo-Paint are only attached to the individual images. So unless I'm not understanding what you're asking for, no you cannot have the ruler visible before you open an actual image.
