Autofx suite

Does anyone know if Autofx will work as a plug-in with Corel? I have x2 and I can't get the demo to work with it. I'm thinking maybe x3 will work?

Question:

Which third-party programs do Auto FX plug-ins work with?

Solution:

Currently we are able to be used in Photoshop 7, CS, CS2, CS3 and CS4 Photoshop Elements 7 or higher.

Depending on the version of the Auto FX plug-ins, we may also work with earlier versions of Corel Photo-Paint, Painter and other image editing applications. If you want to know if an Auto FX plug-in works with a non-Adobe product, our recommendation to you is to simply download our demo, install it and see if it runs in your image editing application. The commercial full version will run if the demo runs.

All Auto FX products work as a stand-alone application as well as a plug-in so you are not required to have a third-party program
I'm not affiliated with them and in fact have never heard of them until I saw this discussion.

Hello auggybendoggy,

If you want to know if the Autofx will work as a plug-in with Corel, it would be best to contact Autofx, since they created the software and they will know if it is compatible with Corel PSP X3 or not.

You can locate their contact information from this link.

Abiel,
I did before I asked here. The person I responded to said no. But their response was more on the grounds of "they don't make it for corel - it's for photoshop", which of course corel uses photoshop plugins.
Rather than argue that point, I though of coming here to ask.

Kathy,
Are you suing Autofx as a standalong :) I know it seems silly I ask but I feel I installed the plugin correctly and can't get corel to recognize the plug in.

Can you advise, if in fact you are using it as a plug-in?

@auggybendoggy

Yes, that is correct. If you like to trace your step and make sure that you installed the plug in properly on your computer and on PaintShop Pro, you can follow the steps from this link.
