Have the older version PictureShow2, as far as the newer version which is better the Full box for $29 or the Upgrade Physical CD & Manual for $34, or is there no difference except one has a manual.

If you are talking about dowloading the Full versus buying the Box, it seems you don't get all of the Goodies in the Download versions you do when getting the CD. The CD always contains more Goodies than Ulead can afford to put on the Web for Download, and you have to consider all of the download problems at the present time with Ulead.
I have the Upgrade, which is nothing more than the Full on CD that checks to see if I have an Upgradeable product. However as mentioned before the CD contains all kinds of extra stuff the Download didn't have.
The choice is always yours, get more for your money, and piece of mind as well. Remember, if you download a Version, you will have to download the extras later; what happens if you have a crash and have to uninstall and reinstall, you're back to square one.

I purchased the download upgrade and saved it and the patches etc to disk for re-installation but after my experiences of trying to actually get it to work, I went back to V2.
V3 is simply not reliable or efficient and I would advise that you not buy it at all until Ulead can bring out a version with stable, efficient, reliable additional features.
