Newbie Question

Hello,

I recently purchased a DVD EZMaker USB 2.0, with Movie Factory 2 SE as part of the package. When attempting to collect video from the Video Recorder, I only get a mosaic in the video. I can see that the picture is changing, but the movie comes out as a mosaic only, instead of a clear picture. Any ideas?

I have a P4, 256MB, 2.66Ghz. Should be fast enough, in my opinion. Any advice would be helpful.
